Happy Halloween

Here are the two pumpkins I carved this afternoon. Liam shouted with excitement whenever I pulled a fistful of pumpkin guts out to show him, and once they were finished and lit he was very happy with his Ernie & Bert o’ lanterns.

I remember those days. My favorites were when my son was old enough to kinda draw. He designed the faces; I carved. Eight and ten eyed jack o’ laterns were his favorites with sharp pointy teeth. Oh. And, slimy guts.
